Mobile App Privacy Addendum

This Mobile App Privacy Addendum supplements the WhatsyourSuperBurger LLC Privacy Policy and applies specifically to our mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here and in our full Privacy Policy.
Data We Do Not Retain
We are committed to minimizing data collection through the App. Specifically:
- We do not retain customer order data beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order. Once your order is completed, personal information associated with that transaction is not stored in our systems.
- We do not retain payment information. All payment processing is handled by third-party processors (such as Toast). We never store your credit card number, debit card number, or other financial account details on our servers.
- We do not retain location data. If the App requests access to your device's location (e.g., to find the nearest food truck), that data is used only in the moment and is not logged or stored by us.
- We do not sell your personal information collected through the App to third parties.
Data Collected by the App
The App may collect limited information necessary to provide its core features, including:
- Your name and contact information if you create an account or place an order;
- Device identifiers and usage data to improve App performance and diagnose issues;
- Push notification tokens if you opt in to receive notifications about events, deals, or order updates.
This information is used solely to operate and improve the App and is not shared with third parties except as described in our full Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store
If you download the App through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy and the App Store Review Guidelines. We are not responsible for Apple's data practices. You can review Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
In compliance with Apple's App Store requirements, we confirm:
- The App does not collect data used to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
- The App does not link your identity to sensitive data categories as defined by Apple's App Store privacy nutrition labels.
- Any data collected is limited to what is necessary to provide the App's core functionality.
Google Play Store
If you download the App through the Google Play Store, Google may collect certain information in accordance with its own privacy policy and the Google Play Developer Program Policies. We are not responsible for Google's data practices. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements, we confirm:
- We do not share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
- Users may request deletion of their data at any time (see "Your Data Rights" below).
- Data collected through the App is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
- The App does not collect data from children under 13 years of age.
Your Data Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data associated with your App account at any time. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

We may update this Addendum from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Addendum.
